The Warm Hands, Warm Hearts Project was a heartfelt initiative led by young helpers who assembled cold weather kits for the Light of Life Rescue Mission in Pittsburgh’s North Side. Each kit, thoughtfully packaged in a reusable black drawstring bag, included essential items like winter hats, socks, gloves, deodorant wipes, tissues, body cleansing wipes, a hygiene kit, and affirmation cards filled with words of encouragement and self-love. This project was designed to offer both physical warmth and emotional comfort to those in need, spreading kindness and compassion in the coldest of seasons.
