During her visit to Seattle, Harper was struck by the city's vibrant energy and unique charm, but what truly caught her attention was the overwhelming number of homeless individuals on the streets. As she explored the city, she couldn't shake the thought of what would happen when the weather turned cold. The stark contrast between the beauty of the city and the struggles of its most vulnerable residents deeply moved her, sparking the idea for the Warm Soles Project. Inspired by this experience, she set out to provide warmth and support to those in need, one step at a time.
